Chubb
No feedback or call back when cancelling a contact

I have been trying to cancel my existing contact with Chubb as I have moved, I have sent emails and tried calling on numerous occasions but with no success, this has now been ongoing since the 19th of December, I have been ignored so that Chubb can keep deducting the monies off my account without having to provide a service, this is the worst treatment I have ever had to endure.
