Can't get through, no call back

My alarm's not functioning properly. I therefore have to call the call centre to get someone out to fix it asap. After repeatedly trying, I cannot get through to an actual person. Every time I call there's a different procedure, it either just rings, or I get a menu or I get asked to press 1 to get a call back. I have requested a call back and yet no one has called me.

Please contact me urgently so that we can sort this out.
