Skytrax does not wan't to fix my tracking device

Skytrax contact me about my tracking device not working properly on the 16th of march 2013 and they said I must pay for the repair of the device only to find out that our contract was ending on the 20th of march 2013 which means I can just renew the contract with the new device for free but Skytrax kept on debiting my account for end of March and April without replacing the device and I got my son to contact them they did not want to help him then he told the to call me of witch they never done.
