Late or no delivery of City Press

At least once a month, I have had an incident of the City Press either being delivered late or not at all. I always call their call centre and they assure me that they will send a message to the person responsible for delivery and that somebody will get back to me. Nobody gets back to me, and their call centre closes at 11:00 or 12:00 on a Sunday.
I have asked them whether it isn't possible that if the paper will be late or undelivered for whatever reason, they should send an SMS so that we can buy newspapers from the shop etc on that day. There is never any kind of notice.
I am at a point of wanting them to cancel my subscription. The City Press is a fine publication, but the poor delivery is just unacceptable.
