Bad service and product

I bought a Samsung 43" TV from them on the 10/05 as a gift to someone that person noticed tht the USB port was loose but was still working on the 3rd attempt to use the USB port it was no longer functioning. So on 7/06 I called in to report that it was not working the gentleman that answered the phone did not know what he was suppose to do in this event he then gave me the number of the service repair person and told me to call after a few attempts of calling I realized that it was not my place to do so. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager which I later found out was in actual fact not the manager at all as the manager of the branch was off duty this so called manager said that he would sort it out and have someone call to arrange when they could come have a look at the tv the date given for this call was the 10/06. After 3 weeks of waiting for the call I decided to take the tv back myself on 30/06 where we then spoke to the manager (Julian) who then said it would take 10 working days, 12/07 for someone to call us back on 17/07 we called the branch as no one had called us Julian said he would then call the service people and call us back this is 2 days ago.
