Shocking service

I am rather disgusted by the service I have received from ADT security. I have never in my life seen such incompetence from a company that claims to always being there for its customers.

I have cancelled my account with them effective from the end of March 2013, the cancellation
was sent through about 4 times in February. My contract with them was also coming to an end by
the end of March. I am then receiving statements from ADT that I owe them money for April of which I wasn't
enjoying any services from them. In fact their hardware has long been removed from my house!

I have tried to contact them but have not received any proper feedback from them. All the call centre agents doesn't seem to know what's going on. They made me hold on for a long time until I get cut-off!

PS: I have never been enjoying good service from them in my two years with them - they are shocking!
