Good day, we have sent a letter of cancellation to ADT on the 31st of July 2013. The cancellation has not yet been proceed and no feedback. I call ADT twice weekly and only answer I get is the request has been sent to the cancellation department. Our new security company must switch over and I need to installer code. Also the account is still in my late mother in laws name after two years of trying to get it updated to my wife's name. So each time I call I have to tell the entire story etc, etc... Please just respond and advise what is going on with the cancellation as the debit order date is coming and cannot pay ADT and our new security company! I just want some feedback that is all.
