ADT is forever putting me in arrears and wants to increase the premium every time petrol goes up. Yet when petrol comes down like now, they still put the price up.
I do not see the logic in this. I called twice now and they keep putting me on hold when I ask to be transferred to management, I hold on for 10 minutes and they cut the call. THIS IS UNACCEPTABL;E SERVICE!!!
also, whenever it is end of the year they want to double debit us and say it's a system error and we will be refunded in the following month. As if I have a R1000 waiting for ADT every Decemeber. I have a 3 year contract with ADT but I will gladly end it due to pathetic service from Management!!!
