Failure to book service for the right day

I phoned to book a call-out for technicians as my alarm goes off every night. I phoned early Monday morning and explained that I had to travel on Tuesday afternoon and it would not be possible for me to be home for the rest of the week to let Adt in for the service. I was assured that it was fine and a service could be booked for the next day, Tuesday, before 12am. I repeated several times that I had to travel on Tuesday to make sure the operator understood it had to be Tuesday before 12am. I also explained that I don't have friends or family or someone who could be at home in my place and I had to take leave for the Tuesday morning to be home when Adt comes.
By 11am on Tuesday nobody had phoned or showed up. So when I phoned they told me the service was booked for the Wednesday. It is the most frustrating and helpless feeling. So now I have to leave the alarm off going away. I was especially careful in booking the service, I painstakingly explained my situation. I HAD TO TAKE LEAVE TO BE HOME!! Please explained to me how you could be so disrespectful of people's time and safety. If they come out after 5pm, now my only option, I have to pay R300 even though this is their mistake!!
