ADT Does not Care about their Customers Needs

We had a Power surge in the Kempton Park area on on Sunday 12 May and the power only returned on Tuesday night around 7:00 PM. My alarm system then lost all its programming and needed to be reset, we called ADT on the Tuesday night and the technical consultant advised us to remove the battery and reconnect it and this should solve our problem, this however did not resolve the situation, we phoned again and a consultant tried helping us over the phone but nothing worked, they then advised that a consultant needs to come out, a consultant was scheduled to come out on Tuesday 21 May, a consultant did come out however he did not know how to operate the alarm system that is installed at my home, I then called ADT again and they advised that they will resolve and give me a call, no one called me back. I phed ADT again and they advised someone will come out on Wednesday, which on Wednesday they confirmed will come out and no one showed up nor did they inform me since then I have phoned twice and both times they advised a manager will call me and nothing has happened, so I am now without a working alarm system and no response from ADT and if I am robbed my insurance will not cover me.
