Hi, I have asked about 4 times for a letter from my sales person Dawn at ADT confirming that I am on a month to month contract and still no letter? do i need to beg? I need this letter as your call centre insists i signed a 2 yr contract

I have such a stresfull job and i serious struggle to get anything out of ADT... seriously...
The only time i get a reply is if i complain on hellopeter.
