Can't cancel service

I have been trying to cancel my contract since the beginning of last month. I have called on numerous occasions (in fact I was just cut off yet again after a 13 minute call with Phumelani), and I have emailed on numerous occasions. When trying to contact people who's numbers are on the emails there is no reply!
