Bad Service

The services of ADT are pathetic. I have on numerous occasions waited for more than 10min if i am lucky for ADT to call if my alarm activated. On a no of occasions I did not even get the call. I sent in a letter to cancel their service due to this problem, they are now wanting me to pay them R1400.00 to cancel the contract, yet it is because of the bad service that i am cancelling.

Just last week I let my alarm activate to check how long it would take for ADT to call me - well they did not call, after 30min I called the control room to ask if they received an alarm activation to which he answered that the alarm activated 5 minutes earlier. They now claim that i did not make a call to their control room on that day.
The technician was sent out to check my alarm which he found to work perfectly.
ADT .PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DRAWN INTO THIS.
