Reaction driving irresponsibly bad attitude

Last Wednesday night while returning home I had a RSS Reaction vehicle cut me off to park off on the side of Witkoppen Road. I had to swerve to avoid him causing my left wheels to go off the road and damage my rims and tyres. When I stopped to access my vehicle damage I asked him why he is driving this way and his immediate response was "just leave me alone, I'm in a hurry". When asked why he pulled off on the side of the road if he is in a hurry he started giving me attitude & tapping on his chest where his gun is located.. I asked him to call his supervisor and he refused. When I tried to take a photo of his number plate he stood in front to block it then jumped in his vehicle and left the scene of the incident. I co-incidentally met him on my way home parked off chatting to his colleague at another premises. When I stopped to approach him again his colleague distracted me and he left the scene again. I reported the incident and after "much" investigation RSS management decided their reaction person did nothing wrong and they will not pay for damages. Now I have spent money to repair my vehicle and they give me the middle finger. I won't let them get away. I am very disappointed
