Maxidor delivers poor service

I got a quote from Maxidor, accepted it and paid the full amount. Maxidor scheduled to have the job done on Friday 3 May 2013. I had to take a day leave at work to be there when they do the installation. They scheduled to arrive at 9, and at 10:30 I phoned head office to ask if they are still coming. They told me that I did not confirm the booking, which I did the day before. I spoke to Dianne. Ten minutes after that they called me back and said that the team was on their way. I kept phoning the office and got the same reply. At 2 in the afternoon they eventually pitched and started the job.

9:30 that evening the job was still incomplete. They measured the main bedroom window and the garage door wrongly. they didn't align the flights in the living room and the kitchen door lock was faulty. Monday morning I phoned the office again, I phone every singe day and only on Thursday Dianne called me back only to say the rep and the technical manager was in a meeting and she'd come back to me. The rep came out the Friday to do the measurements again and scheduled the remaining of the job to be done on Monday 20 May 2013. It is still incomplete and I am one unhappy customer.
