Speeding, Reckless and negligent driving

This morning I was almost pushed off the road by this individual.
VW Amarok, Fidelity Branding, BV22KVGP, Vehicle Number 40388.

He came flying up behind me as I was overtaking a car and a truck.
I had my cruise control on and was on the speed limit, so this dare devil was probably breaking the speed limit too. He flashed his headlights at me, but I could not move, remember that truck and car I was overtaking.
This individual then went past me on the gravel to the right of the road.
He showed me a middle finger and shot stones up which chipped my windshield in several locations as well as the bonnet and front grill of my vehicle.

Then when taking the Rosslyn turn off, he made special reference to slow down, open his window and again show me his middle finger... He couldn't have been in an emergency situation or a hurry as I stopped next to him again at the robot in Rosslyn and managed to take a picture. He got out his Vehicle to talk to another assumed Fidelity employee in front of him

I would firstly like to know if this is the norm with your company, secondly, what actions will be taken and thirdly, Who will be paying the damage to my vehicle?
