Road on Main Road Gerhardsville Centurion

I would like an answer from the council as to what is happening with the road construction running past Gerhardsville Centurion towards Erasmia (Main Road). Construction started last year and has been standing since before December 2012. The road was dug up and left as a sand road with no maintenance done to it. I have personally had 4 cracked rims and one when I was driving in the morning where it was dark and a big rock the color of the sand was lying just off the side with mist where I hit this rock and it broke my rim. I am up in arms as there is no notices as to who to contact or any sign that anybody cares as to what is happening. Had our road been left alone I would not have had the amount of damage to my vehicle that I have had. Who will be paying for any further damages to my vehicle. Hope to hear from the council as to when the road will be repaired. Charmaine Holmes
