Bad driving

Was driving up Atholl-Oaklands main road last nite when a security vehicle of registration ZKD 276GP was infront of me. He was driving extremely slow on a main road and I could not over take him as there was a curve ahead. I flashed my lights and hooted at him, just to be ignored. When I had the chance to over-take him he started driving faster, and by so doing I almost crashed into another vehicle coming on the opposite side. I know they are security and they have to drive slow at time however the way he was driving so slow on a main road was unnecessary. I could have crashed my car as a result of his bad driving and attitute for other road users. This incident took place at around 9 pm last nite. As I'm a resident of Atholl I'm concerned about the guards if that's the way they conduct themselves on the road. Get your man to act right and consider other road users.
