I have a hollywoodbets acc. I tok a horse racing bet on Friday around 13h00 a fairview race 3. I transferred R500 into my hollywood acc and put it all on the fav. The horse won but I didn't get paid. This bet was not showing after I had won. I contacted hollywoodbets helpline whom escalated this 2 time. Called again a day later said R500 was returned to me due to system glitches. Is this fair. Hollywoodbet is fraud and this should be rectified and my winnings due to me paid. My cell no 0720115593.
