Ignorance to tote results with 2 provinces

I took a quartet bet in Newton Abbot race 4 as follows : 1, 2x1, 2, 3x1, 3, 4x1, 3, 4, the result on both Satote and tabgold was 1x3x4xALL on Safetote and 1x3x4xField on Tabgold. This was a four horse jumps race and one of the horses fell down and therefore was dis-regarded by both totes as a runner that finished the race. I called the hollywood support line and wa transferred between 3 different people until I got to Ntuli. who promised to call me back, however decided to rathet go home. I complained about the poor service to the betting line and threatened to report this on hello peter if no one called me. A lady by the name of Nicole called me and we discussed my dispute, Nicole advised that the result on tabgold was 1x3x4x2, I again disputed this and was handed on to Jayson, Jayson further confirmed that the result on tabgold was 1x3x4x2, I have physical proof of the results and I feel as if though a big punter that spends on average 10K a a month on this site is really being taken for a joy ride. I dont want to assume that there is a training issue or any foul play at hand. I just feel that there should be some customer centricty when dealing with customers, I need qualified help.
