I did a withdrawal request from my mobile betting account between 13:00pm & 13:30pm on 25th June 2013... I emailed last night & this morning without even getting a response... The money is still pending in my betting account. When I called in before (also due to pathetic service), I was told that Hollywood process withdrawals at 08:00am & at 15:00pm... Shouldnt they at least inform customers, if there is a problem!!! This is not the frst time that I have had pathetic service from Hollywood & it's not the first time i've been inconvenienced... I have actually lost count of how many times I have been inconvenienced by hollywood in the last month... I am actually sick of getting calls from hollywood so that they can apologise. Whether a person withdraws R50 or R50 000... shouldn't they be treated as a customer??!! I think I should rather start betting else where as it seems that my money is not appreciated at hollywood & I am going to find out how I can take this further because this is pathetic... I don't know how hollywood is going to make me feel that I can trust them regarding customer service because right now nothing will work... not even a voucher!!!
