On Saturday 30th March, I called the hollywood internet helpline and asked them to cancell a pending withdrawal of my funds. I was advised that the withdrawal could not b cancelled due to system problenms. I was than called back after an hour an advised that the withdrawal was cancelled. On monday the 1st of April my account had been credited with R1500 and authorised by Calvin/Alvin and I intepreted this to be a bonus.
I took bets for the 1500 and throughout the week deposited around R3800 in my account. I was than contacted by Debbie Pillay on the 5th of April, 4 days after my account was credited and advised that I hollywood R1500 as they borrowed me the R1500, to my knowledge hollywood bets are not a registered credit lender with the NCR. Debbie sent me a mail saying the following: "We had to send an email to turfsport support so they can have it cancelled for us, when they eventually did so the amount of R1500 went back into your Hollywood account but they did not get back to us on time in order for us to debit the amount from your account of which you ended up using to take bets"
Hollywood will now not pay me any winnings after they were negligent. This is not fair busines
