Hollywoodbets not paying out winning within the limit

On the 1/3/2019 I betted with Hollywoodbets via my account online it involved a horse racing event in the uk race 7 in Doncaster were only two horses participated in the above race the favorite was priced up by Hollywoodbets at odds of 2/10 and the second and final horse was the outsider priced up by Hollywoodbets at odds of 10/1 so I betted on the outsider the amount that was given to me was R1000/100 by Hollywoodbets the bet was successful the horses ran and to my luck the outsider won at 10/1 there was no objections and the race was eventually all cleared to pay Hollywoodbets refused to pay me out instead they refunded my R100 that I betted when I called them and asked them why they would not payout the R1000 that i won the said that the made a mistake my question is 2 horse running they offered the odds how can you make a mistake I’ve been I victim of daylight robbery here after the race was run and the horse I punted won and the race was given the all clear to pay they cancel my bet this is perthetic I wanna worn all punters this was a R1000 what if is was a life changing amount of money please punters be careful with whom you bet this can happen to you if you punt horses use the tote to bet as a punter for 20 years I’ve been paid out every cent that I cashed at the tote don’t bet with Hollywoodbets at all they are first class scammers
