No money to pay a win since 6th July. Artists

BE Aware of this of a company!!! I took a bet for the Durban July at the Springfield park branch. They took my money very easily. But now i have been there a few times and they keep telling me they have no money to pay the winnings. This is for less than R3000. How can a betting company have no money to pay my winnings. This is absolute nonsense. Hollywood does this in the hope that patrons loose there tickets. The patrons i spoke to in the Hollywood Tote told me this is always the case. Even if the ticket is faded a little Hollywood would not accept the ticket. Hollywood has every excuse not to pay honest customers there winnings. I will be taking this up with the Western Cape and Gauteng Gambling authorities.
