Our water bill for july was 152, august 860, september we just received the bill yesterday which it was on the 28 and they expect us to pay it on the 30. which the bill is 670 and the since august they busy adding these tswane fee which we dont know about and when we call we dont get clarity. constantia is looting from people and we must just relax i think eff must intervene we cant be working for water bill and electricity.
