complain against constantia metering
they are over charging us on electricity
every month we get the bill of our
electricity but don't come and do the
readings every month every time the
account is sky high last week and the
week before that we did pay a amount
on Monday the man that does the
readings have me a bill of almost R
3000 AND TELL'S ME ITS FOR NEXT
MONTH THE SAME DAY WHEN MY
HUSBAND WENT AND SPEAKS TOE
ROLIEN SHE TELLS HIM HE MUST PAY
1700 BEFORE THURSDAY OR SHE PUTS
ELECTRICITY OF WHAT CAN WE DO CAN
