Ithemba is a scam

The building or company called ithemba is a scam.
They sell this really nice looking pictures and videos, they even fix the house up just for viewing. But once you enter, they'll make sure they take all the money you have unnecessary till you move.
They don't even appreciate that we the tenants actually work our ass of to pay them.
I know of a lady that has been renting from ithemba for over 20 years. Do you think if she saved all that money, she wouldn't be a house owner? Just after the lockdown, her tenants couldn't pay, ithemba sent her an EVICTION letter.
This scam building sent an eviction letter to a person that has never wasted time in paying rent to them for over 20yrs?! This same scammers kept topping up 250 every month on her rent for delaying the completion! Other building companies have their long old standing tenants rent discount because of the problem. But no ithemba is only about money. They don't fucking care at all. Every Thing they write on their website is a fucking scam! SCAM! Be warned!
