My account is due for payment on the 27th of every month. I transfer the payment my self and send proof every month with every payment... Payment was made exactly on the 27th and I wake up this morning, the 30th and I have been disconnected. So clearly the details have been updated and I have to suffer for their inconsistency. I tried to call the call centre but I was told the open and 7am and the voice prompt went and told me that I still owe.
