Box Office PAYU Does not work!

I paid R100 on 20 April 2013 into my box office account using the PAYU service. It states it will take up to 48 hours to reflect and 5 days later nothing. I contacted the call centre, live support, and everyone just apologises for inconvenience and apparently escalates it but nothing happens.
Why have a pay service it it does not work?
