Dstv dont know how to handle accounts- incompetant

Dstv disconnected my services for no reason even though my account is paid up to date they are a bunch of useless incompetent people that rob us, I want someone to contact me asap to reconnect my services as I cannot get through the call center I tried 10 times for literally more than 10 minutes a time I held on the line.
