I am deeply disappointed at the level of service or customer care that your service providing industry has offered. We have an awesome set up here in our home- PVR, multi view and extra view, so i would hope that the support or customer care would be good enough to facilitate any and all problems that may arise.
Our extra view was deactivated at the end of March- but we had absolutely NO contact or warning regarding this. We had no sms or kind email/letter so your company just assumed we would KNOW that we needed a new card to keep the facility functioning. I find this deeply offensive and i am outraged!! I am a working mother of 2 and have very little time in a day so how do you expect me - without warning to go and collect a plastic card in an area that is very much out of my way? Another cost on top of our monthly fee?
