I phoned to disconnect my holiday card, lady asked all my details and put me through to extra view. Phone just rang and I was cut off. Phoned again, she then asked why was I put through to extra view If I wanted to disconnect my holiday-card, how must I know!!! I want confirmation that my holiday-card was disconnected and I also want a detailed statement from 1 September 2013. Always overcharging us as-well. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. This is totally unacceptable. Your services are not cheap, but the customer service you provide is appalling!!!
