Dstv has a software BE 1 error. Only solutiuon from call centre is for me to take the decoder to the Dstv branch at N1 City tomorrow, Live in Constantia and N1 City is probably a 25 minute drive, only place open on a Sunday. For what we pay for DSTV that is simply pathetic after sales service. Was looking forward to a relaxing Sunday, now have to trek all the way to N1 City to get the software on my R650 a month decoder replaced - wonder what the queue will be like!!!
