WORST MARQUEE AND BEDOUIN TENTS PROVIDER

What was supposed to be a proper and fitting send off for an elderly woman who had passed on after an accident, turned out to be a traumatic, emotional and unforgettable experience. Function World having been mandated to provide a marquee, tables, stage and chairs for the funeral services failed to fulfil their contractual obligations despite being paid the full amount upfront.By the morning of the funeral, the tent, having been badly erected, had almost collapsed, the chairs meant for the guests still had not been delivered. The body had been delivered, the Pastor had arrived, the guests had started arrived for the 9h00am service but Function World were nowhere to be found! Embarrassingly, the marquee function ended up having to be cancelled and rescheduled to a new venue (hall), pausing further emotional trauma, logistical nightmares and financial distress. 3 days after the funeral, Function World refused to make a refund, partial or either wise, kept cleverly passing the buck between themselves the 3 Singhs (Saths, Prakash and Adithya), kept contradicting one another. The worst service provider in KwaZulu Natal in marquees and Bedouin tents, unprofessional, uncaring, greedy!
