Channels gets dropped, no reduction in subs

During November 2012 we lost 3 channels and we only receive one new channel since November 2012.

Now we received a notice we will be losing two more channels with no reduction in subscription fees.

What is going on?

I feel like cancelling my subscription and we not getting value for our money!
