Dstv installation

Had dstv installed. Was supposed to be for xstra view. Frans installed as new installation. Installation voucher was for installing. Did phone frans and he has promised now for 2 days that he will come out to help. This is for my mother whom is 71 years of age and for her room. She phoned frans yesterday again whom then said he is on his way and still has not arrived. This really reflects bad on ellies. Still waiting and no response.
