Pathetic reception

Hi

I am having problem with my reception for Top TV since the 24 March 2013. Our service was suspended due to debit order not going through. Since Top TV reconnected us, there have been endless problems. There are many channels that just keep freezing and going to a black screen while other channels are working perfectly.

I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and nobody can tell me what the problem is. I have even gone as far as to have the decoder replaced and still no joy. As i have told the very many people that i have contacted in the call centre, nothing has changed since we got cut so i don't see why i should be having these problems. I refuse to have to pay for someone to come and do realignment on the dish as it was all working perfectly before we were cut. The call centre has also confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my signal.

All i want is for my channels to work like they used to and not like they are now.
