From the 1st of December TopTV changed to StarSat. We paid for December and have not been able to view any channels. We called the call centre on 3 December and told them what that we can't view any channels. The person replied by saying that the payment has been received but there is an error on their side and they will escalate the problem.

We called again on 5 December asking when the problem will be fixed and once again they said they will escalate the problem.

We are still without the service, we have had no update mails or calls to let us know when we can expect the problem to be resolved. I tried to call again today (6 December) but the phone just rang.

We would appreciate it if we can get an update as to why we can't see any channels, when the problem will be fixed and obviously a refund for the time that we couldn't view any channels.

Some Client service would be great.
