Bad Attitude

I made a call to PC training Head office I asked to speak to one of the student consultants and the lady who answered the phone said they were all out and dropped the phone on me. I called back and asked to leave a message and she said it was not possible and dropped the phone on me. I called for the third time asked for her name and said her name was Nonhlahla and said I should stop calling because I was irritating her with my calls. I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed at me and dropped the phone. This is pathetic service. Is this how PC training treats its students? I'm moving to a different college next year as they refused to cancel my course with them.
