From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord who made heavens and earth!!

There are no words to express my continuous dissatisfaction at the service (I mean NON-SERVICE) from Multi-choice. From the complaints I see on this website I would be hugely embarrassed if I was the CEO of this company. You can never reach anyone on the number provided and when you resort to a mail on the website, a response is received weeks later when it's too late. You can NEVER get immediate assistance - you hold on listening to the stupid "HELPLINE" until you put down because you have spent hundreds of rands in airtime trying to get help.

Since November 2012 the call center promised me that an amount of R628 wrongly billed to my account will be reversed - its now May 2013 and nothing is done yet - they still cut me off and I still have to call in every month spending more on the telephone to speak to incompetent call center agents that just make the same promises again and again. Where will it end and how long is this going to go on??? I'm sick of multichoice after sales service and pray that some better competition will come soon.
