For the entire month of February my family has not been able to view certain channels (101, 103, 105, 106... 122... 212 etc). Regular calls to Multichoice and a trip to their N1 City Customer Care Centre and a re-installation of all cabling and fittings resolved nothing. On 15 February my 'problem' was "escalated" - exactly to where is unknown but I suspect it was to the trash-heap?! Nothing happened for 2-weeks so I called again yesterday and spoke to a 'supervisor' of a 'supervisor' of another 'supervisor' - eventualy being taken through an hour long process to finally be told that this is an installation problem - and sorry, they cannot assist any further! During this month I have filled in customer feedback reports ad nauseum - but I suspect that these get "escalated" to the same trash heap that my problem did. Quite frankly, Multichoice has no inclination to take customer's complaints and problems seriously! If we really had a choice, it wouldn't be Multi Choice!
