As usual Multichoice prefers not to read the complaint properly (also refer to the ref no's issued to me).
Please REFUND the monies owing to me. You have my banking details. You receive money from the same bank via EFT since inception of M-net. (I am one of your first customers - subscription number 39680) Why ask me to swop my smart card when you replied (see "termination" dated yesterday?) YOU decided that I should be terminated. My existing smart card worked well, but you decided that it does not work for you. (if you wanted it swopped why did you not do it) I have NEVER agreed to the subscriber terms and conditions that notifications will be processed via my decoder. Please provide details as to where/when I agreed to this. Multichoice have failed to provide me with invoices/statements for at least the last TWO YEARS despite requests. Your last paragraph indicates that you have not looked at my profile, as I have previously received reference no's indicating that you have noted that notifications will not be send - now you are noting it AGAIN? Let me re-iterate my request. PLEASE REFUND MY MONIES!!!
