Refusal to pay refund by multichoice/dstv

In december 2013 multichoice decided to suspend my service. i sent them proof of payments showing that i had paid, they themselves confirmed that i had credit of roughly R675.00. it later became evident that somehow someone had registered with my smart card number and was receiving the service i had paid for. i sent them pictures of my smart card with the smart card number but they continued to dispute that the smart card number was mine. at this point i decided to cancel my subscription and demand a refund of the credit i had on my account.
this is where the problems began. i provided them with my banking details as requested and several proof of payments to use as verification. Aside from their horrendous feedback times, they seemed content with telling me that they are unable to verify my details. they do not offer any options as to how i can assist them with verifying the details but are perfectly happy with sitting on my money hoping i will give up. to date i have sent them proof of payments and a bank statement but somehow they still "cannot verify" my details.
