I have made arrangements with multichoice in order to not disconnect my services until the 11th of March, my due date was the 7th but i haven't been payed yet there for i made the arrangements via email but then they waited one day before to disconnect my sevices and for what one day are they so hard on for re-connection fee's that they waited until a sunday morning to do this they didn't disconnect it on Friday nor Saturday no they waited for sunday without having the decency to even pick up a phone or nothing after i made arrangements what kind of place is that i am so sick of having to deal with multichoice if they cant even compromise by one day and i know they never even will respond to this complaint cause of past experiences. I just think they should really think about their services its not as if i am months behind on my account its only 3 days but thats why i made early arrangements cause i knew my salary would only be payed in by monday the 11th and then they waited one day before that to disconnect it. Where is the humanity and decency of multichoice to met with the customers. I think its pathetic on their part.
