WAITING A MONTH FOR A REFUND

On the 29/12/2012 I did a down grade, but on the 01/01/2013 wrong amount was debited. I phoned multichoice and I spoke to Nelisiwe who refused to transfer me to the supervisor she was rude. She did not do the journal. I phoned back again on the 10/01/2013 spoke to Olgar who was helpful who did everything, but I still did not get my money phoned back again on the 17/01 spoke to retha, after Olgar it didn't seem like the other consultant knew their job they don't check they just brush you off they don't care I don't know why they are working there theyneed training. They phoned me back to tell me that for me to get my money I need to cancel my insurance really now and they decided to help themselves they deducted for Feb. If you need to speak to the supervisor you have to beg the call centre consultant. Today is the 29/01/2013 and I still don't have my money all this trouble because of a debit order. I regret switching I have spent more than 200 phoning them for 360.
