Account getting disconected if not in arrears

DSTV I have had this problem with for a few months now.

They want you to pay in advance and switch off your account and hide behind there terms and conditions.

My account is not in arrears, just pay after the due date and for the second time I get discounted, I am a client since 1990 and being treated like someone who does not pay accounts. The consultants don't listen to the client they give you the run around and standard bull stories. I requested more than once to speak to a senior mange and they just refuse to put you throw to someone who you want to speak to. Multichoice staff has a extreme attitude problem and hide behind terms and conditions that I have not agreed to.

They don't want to reconnect my tv they want double payment, for a account that is not in arrears at all.

I refuse to pay for something I am not getting. or agreed to there conditions, if I have not received written terms and conditions (not a TV message)

I want a Senior manger to Handel this issue. as this client is fed up with multichoice...
