Unfair Terms and Conditions

I wanted to organise my mom a spa treatment and paid for it via eft, before the actual day actually well in advance i called to cancel because my mom says she does not want it. I called them to please refund me and they say they dont refund. My issue is that they have not provided me with a service why must i be forced to use them if they have not provided me with a service at all. they say they sated it in their terms and conditions but nowhere did i concent to them to say that i have read and accepted their terms and conditions. I even allowed them to charge me for inconvinience but return the rest of my money back and they refuse.
