Am very much disappointed in your service, my due date is the 5th of every month, and i paid on the fifth and on the 8th my service was disconnected, and i went to one of your service providers "dot-net" in pretoria and they advise me to pay R 65, 00 which i did and they said its now connected, when i came back from work it still showed the same message that i didn't pay... i had to go and stand that very long line for the second time in one day... am so disappointed... shame on your service!
