No Refund YET!

I disconitnued my DSTV on 28 February 2013 and the debit order had already gone through. I was told I would be refunded that amount and to date there is no refund. I call the call centre and they tell me they have no idea when it will be refunded to me. They have made my request urgent but I guess that does not count for much as I have not received the money as yet. Its funny how such comanies are too quick to deduct money from you or give you problems if you dont pay yet they have a hard time returning your money.
