Misleading/ debit order instruction

Good day, I have loaded a debit order instruction for MY Capitec account no XXX / southdale branch on your website a while ago. My intention was to exercise the onceoff R100 discount. The money has since not been debited. I was recently notified that conveniently. this offer has now been depleted to which i subsequently emailed DebitOrders and enquired anout my balance so i could either pay manually or instruct an immediate setoff from my account, I have since not received the feedback i was looking for, my service is currently suspended as a direct result thereof. I have made several attempts to reach customer care via email/ tedious phone call etc. WITH NO RESOLUTION. Now i am sitting with re-connection fees etc which i am now liable for, something which could have been avoided if the necessary people had been competent enough to respond within reasonable time.. service is what sets one company apart from another. REALLY OFF LOYAL CUSTOMER..think i should just cancel this service altogether
